Our training program offers paid training while getting the on-the-road experience you need with a reputable company and experienced, qualified trainers.
Compensation
Phase 1 – $725 per week
Phase 2 – $950 per week
** After completing required training, drivers MUST team for 6 months at current team pay.
Trainee Levels
Student 1 – Student that has no prior experience but has successfully completed and passed with a minimum of 120 hours from a certificated truck driving school within the last 24 months.
- Drivers will need to complete a minimum of 180 hours over the road skill development (est. 3 weeks)
- Student will then test out of phase 1 and move to phase 2
Student 2 – Student/Drivers that have less than 3 months verifiable OTR in the last 36 months and that has successfully completed and passed with a minimum of 120 hours from a certificated truck driving school within the last 24 months.
- Drivers will need to complete a minimum of 180 hours over the road skill development (est. 3 weeks)
