scanning with your iPhone via TRANSFLO Now!
for iPhone, a mobile
scanning solution that speeds
document delivery. The
application
is an easy way to capture and send
high-quality document images from
virtually anywhere for rapid
processing and invoicing. 
Drivers
can capture images of signed
delivery receipts, logs or bills
of
lading, for example, and send
multiple documents electronically
to the
fleet in a matter of seconds.
The process is seamless in a
fleet's back office as documents
are delivered in exactly the same
format as TRANSFLO Express®
truck stop scanning and TRANSFLO
Now!™
anywhere scanning from a laptop or
PC.
For
fleets that already use one or
both of these services, there is
no
additional start-up fees and
nothing to do but add this as an
option
for their drivers. Same-day access
to transportation documents

accelerates cash flow and speeds

free.
To
make this a true trucker-friendly
app that is cost effective and
easy
to use, TRANSFLO Now! for iPhone
automatically detects the document
edges, crops the image and
converts it to true black and
white for
efficient transmission and high
quality results.
TRANSFLO
Now for iPhone allows drivers to
capture images of documents or
import
pre-scans from their phone's photo
library. TRANSFLO Now for
iPhone compresses and enhances the
images for faster, more efficient
transmission. The application
includes multi-touch zoom
capability so
drivers can quality check the
images before sending.
The
application also allows indexing,
so drivers can provide additional
information if their fleets
require it, such as a Load Number
or
Trailer Number. This feature
is optional and can be customized
to
each fleet. In addition, the
application allows drivers to
select
a document type for each document
they are sending. This
feature
is optional as well and is
tailored to the fleet's
specifications.
Upon
successful transmission, a unique
confirmation number is displayed
on
the app and sent to the driver's
email address. Drivers can
click
on the confirmation number to view
documents for 14 days after
submission at www.transfloexpress.com.
