Solo Drivers

Solo Starting Base Pay

• .30 CPM less than 1 year seniority at present employer

• .31 CPM 1 year seniority at present employer

SENIORITY

Seniority is defined as follows:

• Tenure with Kennesaw Transportation

• Tenure with Previous Employer IMMEDIATELY prior to joining Kennesaw Transportation

SENIORITY MATRIX

Years with Kennesaw Transportation or with another Carrier (having joined Kennesaw WITHIN 30 DAYS of departure.)

EXAMPLE

1. Driver has 2 years seniority with Kennesaw
   Base Pay .32 CPM
   

2. Driver joins Kennesaw WITHIN 30 DAYS of leaving other carrier having worked there for 2 years - Starting pay .32 CPM

RYDAL FLOATER / CITY DRIVERS

The following will be rates for Rydal Floater / City Drivers:

The following destinations will be FLAT RATE ROUND TRIP

• Dalton Trip:   $30.00   Drop Trailer at Carpet Mills

• Atlanta Trip:  $75.00   Unload & Waiting Time

All other destinations will be paid by MILEAGE

STOP-OFF PAY

$20 paid to SOLO DRIVER for all stop-offs other than first pickup stop and first delivery stop.

Examples:

1. 2 pickups and 3 deliveries.

• 1 stop for pickup - $20

• 2 stop-offs for deliveries - $40

• Total stop-off pay is $60

2. 1 pickup and 7 deliveries

• 6 stop-offs for deliveries - $120

• Total stop-off pay is $120
