KENNESAW TRANSPORTATION TEAM PAY

TEAM BASE PAY

· Less than 1 year	.40 - .43 CPM for all miles	Split
· 1 yr Seniority	.41 - .44 CPM for all miles	Split
· 2 yr - 5 yr Seniority	.42 - .45 CPM for all miles	Split
· Over 5 yr Seniority	.43 - .46 CPM for all miles	Split

SENIORITY

Seniority is defined as follows:

· Tenure with Kennesaw Transportation

· Tenure with Previous Employer IMMEDIATELY prior to joining Kennesaw Transportation

SENIORITY MATRIX

Years with Kennesaw Transportation or with another Carrier (having joined Kennesaw WITHIN 30 DAYS of departure.)

EXAMPLE

Team has 2 years seniority with Kennesaw / Previous Employer - Base pay is 40 CPM split for ALL MILES under 20,0000. Add another 3 CPM split if Team runs over 20,000 miles each month. (3 CPM Bonus is paid for all miles in the month.)
